We focus on safety through expanded policies and protocols in accordance with proven national health and safety guidelines including:

  • Preoperative COVID-19 testing in advance of elective surgeries

  • Masking requirements for visitors, patients and staff
  • Social distancing and limiting visitors to our facilities

For further questions please contact us.

Your visit may take longer due to our expanded safety measures, some of which may change over time.

Before Your Surgery

We want the day of your surgery to be a seamless experience.

We have designed the registration process to be user friendly, quick and easy. Please complete our Online Pre-Registration form prior to your arrival. You will need to have your insurance card and medication list handy. This should take about 15 minutes to complete.

The Day of Surgery

When you arrive at our center we ask that you check-in at our convenient, user-friendly kiosk. You will be able to verify personal, responsible party and other information to help speed along the registration process.

Our Patient and Family Experience Guide provides information and details about how you can prepare for your upcoming surgery. Many answers are found in our Frequently Asked Questions Section.

After Your Surgery

Offering easy to understand recover instructions for you and your family is our priority. The Patient and Family Experience Guide provides additional information.

As a reminder, all patients must have a responsible party upon arrival at the center, that is willing to stay at the center during the surgery and be responsible for your transportation home.
